In the autumn of 2024 I started Olmo Gentile Pensioenrecht B.V. in order to be able to develop other activities (in addition to my work as a consultant at Clifford Chance), such as joining the board of a pension fund, entering into partnerships and broadening my client base.

Litigation on collective pension transfer
Summary proceedings concerning the collective conversion of benefits into the new Dutch pensions system against the Pilots’ Occupational Pension Fund. It concerned a (rejected) claim by a retired pilot to obtain a postponement of three months of the transfer of his benefits.
